Cosmopolitan Argostoli is the island's capital. There, you will find the De Bosset Bridge, built by an English army officer, the lighthouse, and the sinkholes, which are a unique geological phenomenon located around Lassi. You can also stroll along the picturesque cobblestone streets near the central square, where you can shop at traditional stores.
